CUAHSI-HIS News: HIS 1.1 Released

HIS 1.1 was released at the CUAHSI Biennial Science and Engineering Meeting in Boulder on July 14-16. [HIS 1.1 flyer; PDF; 123KB; 1 page] This release includes:

• A new system manual — “CUAHSI Hydrologic Information System: Overview of Version 1.1” [PDF; 5.3MB; 96 pages]
• A new Observations Data Model (ODM), Version 1.1.
• A new ODM Data Loader, Version 1.1.
• HydroExcel 1.1, that now launches Google Earth, providing it with the KML data necessary to visualize the selected sites.
• A new HIS web site.
• A new HydroSeek, Version 1.1, that uses an updated Ontology for data discovery.
• A new data publication system for users to register their CUAHSI-HIS format data services or submit their data to CUAHSI-HIS Central for inclusion in the CUAHSI-HIS data network.
