Data Cart Relationship

Purpose:

A data cart is a structure that provides information needed for a client to access each time series described in the cart, as well as a few important fields for helping the human to get sense of what the time series in the cart represents, and to assist in selecting a subset of the time series for retrieval. Each entry in the data cart identifies a single time series that can be retrieved via a GetValues request to a WaterOneFlow service.
